Better support for GitHub

Provide better support for GitHub. The current git support doesn't seem to work with the SSH URLs that GitHub uses. The setup process is also much more complicated than it needs to be.

        And Bible has 1 github project and 1 svn project in Amanuens and the difference in speed is significant. The github project takes about 10 mins to sync whereas the svn project about 1 minute.

        The speed difference could be related to the level of the configured directory, but I think the sync with the project in github used to be faster when it was in svn.
